Aquarium Day

Last weekend my parents were here for a visit. We had some time and went to the Georgia Aquarium. We had a nice time walking through the tanks and sea-scapes. We saw so many beautiful, colorful, and wonderful sea creatures.


Here is a large grouper. They are huge! And have a funny look. I love their eyes.






This guy is peeking out to say hello! It looks like he is smiling!


Here are the garden eels. They look like stems popping up fro the sand.






I love the otters. The Georgia Aquarium has two styles of otters - otters from the river, and otters from the sea. Both are so cute.








Mom and dad petted the rays and urchins in the touch tank. I did not think these animals liked to be petted, but later in the day a ray was jumping out of the water and scooted over to the people so they could gently pet his back!


What a fun Aquarium day!
